Viewing trips are free for buyers. When you book an inspection trip with us, all accommodation, lunches and airport transfers are free, and although we ask you to book your own flights, the cost will be refunded (up to 300 Euros) if you purchase a property through us. It is important that you are financially in a position to buy a property in Spain before you travel and only couples or single decision makers are eligible for flight refunds.

You may spend hours browsing property websites on the internet, or looking through magazines, but this is no comparison for visiting Spain and seeing the areas and quality of the properties for yourself. It is important that you like the area as much as the property.

Your visit will be based on your individual needs and budget. All accommodation arrangements will be taken care of, there will be no additional expenses such as car hire as collection is arranged from the airport, and back again at the end of your stay.

We have expert knowledge of your chosen area and finding the right area for you is as important as the property itself so it is important to be shown the local region by someone who knows their way around. We offer you a full service from the initial viewing to the completion and equally as important, an 'after sales' service. We can arrange for bank accounts to be opened, NIE numbers to be applied for, Spanish mortgages, representation of an English speaking Spanish solicitor, and we will negotiate with builders or owners on your behalf. We will be in regular contact with you and can sort out all arrangements, or sort any problems should they arise.

The purpose of the inspection trip is to try and find a suitable Spanish property, so most of the day will be taken up with viewings. However, we think it is important for you to have every evening to yourself to make sure you enjoy being in Spain.

Your inspection trip will be tailor made to ensure that every property you are taken to see suits the criteria submitted by each individual. You will be shown the different areas where our properties are located, look around the general area and amenities, and visit as complete a range of properties as possible that are both in your price range and ones that you have expressed an interest in.

We do not believe in unpleasant or unnecessary hard selling, we know that our properties sell themselves!

On the last day before you make your decision, we explain all the details including total annual costs, legal formalities, flight offers, furniture, letting potential, in fact everything for "YOUR NEW HOME IN SPAIN".
If you decide not to buy on this trip - no worries, you can have a relaxing evening before flying home and maybe try again sometime in the future.

The following itinerary is a typical example of what to expect on one of our Inspection Trips:

Itinerary Day 1
As soon as you arrive at the airport you will be met in the arrivals hall and taken to your hotel.
After you have refreshed yourself from your journey, and depending on your time of arrival, you will be collected for a guided tour of the area and shown places of interest. You will then be taken back to your hotel for a relaxing evening on your own.

Itinerary Day 2 and 3
10 am. Depart hotel for further tour of the area and amenities, commence inspection visit of properties.
2 pm. Break for lunch (In a local especially selected Spanish restaurant).
3 pm. Resume inspection visit of properties.
5 pm. Return to hotel for a rest and recuperation. Your time is then your own to relax and talk about the properties you have seen.

Itinerary Day 4
10 am. Leave hotel for further inspection or re-inspection of selected properties or areas.
1 pm. Help and advice on financial, legal and other services offered.
2 pm. Lunch
3 pm. Further viewings or continuation of the morning's discussions. Meetings with solicitors and banks if required.
5 pm. Return to hotel for relaxation and review of inspection visit.

Airport Transfer and return home.
